Laura Green, MSW, LCSW, CSAYC, CAC

Ms. Green is the Executive Director of Family Works, Inc. She provides clinical supervision and trainings for the family therapists and case managers of the agency. Ms. Green is a trained family therapist with specialized training in the area of sexual abuse, including training at the Kempe Children’s Center, Denver, CO. Her area of expertise focuses on adolescent males who are sexually harmful. She is credentialed with the IN-AJSOP, Indiana’s initiative to Advance the Treatment of Sexually Maladaptive Youth. Ms. Green has worked extensively with families who have experienced abuse or neglect. She has trained and presented at the local and national level. Ms. Green specializes in the area of clinical supervision and continues to supervise clinical staff in her role.

Jeannine R. Murray

Jeannine R. Murray is the Chief Financial Officer of Family Works, Inc. She oversees all the financial aspects of the agency. Ms. Murray oversees the book-keeper and administrative assistants supporting the agency. Ms. Murray attends to the referral process of the agency to ensure the most appropriate match is made for clients and family therapists and case managers.

Katie Ayres, MSW, LCSW, CSAYC

Katyie Ayres is the Clinical Director of Family Works, Inc. Ms. Ayers is a trained family therapist specializing in the treatment of children who have been sexually abused, youth with sexually maladaptive behaviors and trauma informed care. Ms. Ayres is credentialed with IN-AJSOP, Indiana’s initiative to Advance the Treatment of Sexually Maladaptive Youth. Ms. Ayres provides supervision to therapists and case managers employed by Family Works, Inc. as well as MSW Interns.

Family Works, Inc. employs approximately 35-38 staff in case management, therapy, and visit facilitation positions. We have an average longevity rate of approximately 4 years.
